The Virgin Mobile flare (which is made by LG – aka the LX175) is actually a pretty decent phone for the price. You get a sleek flip phone with a nice external LCD display, bluetooth, web browsing, and it doesn’t look like it’s from the 80’s.

Target frequents offers discounted top up cards and phones, and I have never heard of their top up cards being blocked from stacking with promo codes.
