I think Virgin Mobile has THE best plans and customer service among the prepaid services here in the US. That said, VM-USA seems to always go for the ugly Bettys of phones. I am curious as to why their phones always seem several years behind the device gamut of other prepaids, with the exception of tracfone.

I totally agree.. Virgin Mobiles phones have been lagging in design. This new phone is truly ugly.. And from pouring over some photos, it looks like the single metal hinge is supported by cheap plastic and will be flimsy at best.

I used to work for Virgin Mobile and their marketing department is definitely crap. They need to release phones people want, such as the Moto Rizr and LG chocolate. T-Mobile and ATT have the best prepaid phones, but virgin mobile does have some okay CHEAP (Cheap Price, Cheap Quality) phones and their rates are good.

i think that yes vm phones are successful but if your going to try to make a side kick why not make the real one instead of something like t mobile side kick 3 yes i love the new phone you made but 2 things need to happen yall need a better picture quality for yall phones and maybe step up to date like make vm sidekick that can flip like the t mobile side kick thats all im sayin

i just got the new wildcard form virgim mobile but the no media player like the kyocera shown above or Gps

i have the wild cardits not a video player like it states and not even a good camera phone crappy ass quality

the fone is wonderful 4 looking @ porn pics on the internet but won’t play movies, so that sucks
