The new Virgin Mobile Switch_Back, AKA the “Wild Card”, has been acknowledge with it’s manual being posted on Virgin Mobiles websites..
The new switch_back features blue tooth and mostly the same features as the original switch_back.. The addition of blue tooth to this phone is proof that Virgin Mobile is finally catching up with the other prepaid service providers in basic features.
The new Wildcard is expected within the next 2 months, but information from virgin mobile has been vague, and the Wild Card has yet to be added to Kyoceras website. The Wild Card is rumored to be the M1000 with a different case, which would explain the missing phone on Kyocera’s website. The M1000 sports a very similar list of features:
- 1.3 Megapixel Camera
- Video Recorder
- Bluetooth
- MEDIA player
- GPS Locator (will probably not be available with virgin mobile)
- QWERTY Keypad
My guess is this is just the final version of the M10000. Hopefully the interior keypad has been enlarged!
