The US Starcom “Slice” is about to get replaced with the “Super Slice”… The super slice brings a better design and some new features to an already succesful phone line. The slice is one of Virgin Mobile’s most popular phones, due to it’s price, features and reliability.
And it isn’t plagued with the problems of many of the other phones in their line up..
The best feature of the new slice, in my opinion, is that it has BLUETOOTH. Yes.. Bluetooth.. Virgin Mobile’s finally catching on and having bluetooth phones added to their lineup. All 3 new VM phones will have bluetooth.
The phone will also now sport a Camera, and mp3 ringtones.
Supposedly stand by time has increased a couple hours (up to 11.66 days!) and the talk time has increased almost an hour (both would not include the use of bluetooth, which is known to drain your battery on any phone!)
You might think that this lightweight phone gained some fat… it actually only gained .17 ounces!
If your looking for a new phone, this is my favorite upcoming phone!

Hello im Kimberly Know as Kiwi the virgin mobile slice is a great phone the ringtones r kinda lame but they will do I just got it today (sunday august 19 2007) and it is great so get it ok ok at walmart

VM told me the Super Slice will be available October 1, 2007 at Target stores, with availability online and in other stores over the weeks that follow.
