Unblock a Virgin Mobile Phone

is it possible to unblock a virgin mobile phone? I bought it from the store but they didnt unlock it and it cant be used. i went to the store and they will not unblock it without the receipt, even though they should have done so when i bought it.

Honestly there is nothing you can do without your receipt short of talking to a rep and seeing if they can file some paperwork to get it unblocked. A lot of prepaid phones get stolen from stores and Virgin Mobile does this to prevent fraud.
