gophone expiration!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

why do gophones have to expire and you loose your minutes? it seems only fair that they would send you a refund if your account expired!!!!

It's not like they hide the policy from customers, but it's something that is a bit iffy. I think they should have a policy more a long the lines of "90 days after your expiration, your balance will be forfeited".

Virgin Mobile and Tracfone all do the same thing...
