Boost Mobile - Save a few bucks reboosting

If you frequently buy $50 reboost cards for your Boost Mobile phone, your most likely paying $53-55 after tax.

There are a few ways for you to save money the next time you add money to your cell phone, that doesn’t even involve a promo code. You can purchase cards on ebay for $45-48 with no tax, saving up to $7 per top up! There are also websites such as virtualcitycards.com that sell cheap universal cards and will add the minutes to your phone within an hour for you.

I have personall bought the reboost cards from ebay from a guy in Round Rock, Texas and received the card within 2 business days. It’s not a bad way to get your card and save a few bucks on your monthly usage.

You should also be aware if you do not buy prepaid cards Boost Mobile is required to collect your local sales tax when you add money over the phone. You can avoid this by using an Oregon address as yours on your account. No more sales tax, and a few more bucks saved when you really have to reboost with a credit card.

Boost Mobile $1.00 (90) Day Activation extention

Looking for a cheap way to re-boost your emergency cell phone? USBank and several other banks allow you to recharge your boost phone from an ATM (Automated Teller Machine). With a USBank account, you can use this to your advantage as they allow you to choose an amount to reboost for. Normally, the lowest you can recharge with is $20, but using a USBank account you can enter ANY NUMBER below $10 ($10 does not work) and it will add that amount to your account, and extend your activation period 90 days. This will allow you to extend your phone for as little as $1, which would normally cost you $20 for a phone you might not even use. I have heard this will be fixed within 2 months, so if you have a USBANK account and an emergency Boost Mobile phone you’d like to keep active, ACT FAST!

NOTE: Some users are reporting that the ONLY AMOUNT that now works is $5.00

Nextel phone with Boost Mobile service

Nextel phone with Boost Mobile servicePeople often say that you can use a nextel or sprint phone with boost mobiles   prepaid service. It is POSSIBLE to use your Boost SIM card in a Nextel and some sprint phones, BUT after awhile your Nextel phone will begin to have issues.

It may not happen right away, but although they may initially work together, your phone will begin to experience issues eventually and it is NOT RECOMMENDED to do so. And by "not recommended" I mean, do not do it if you Read more
